Wide range of chassis and karting products for every kind of racer

SPENCERPORT, N.Y. -- Coyote Products, Inc. is one of the leading manufacturers in the country of karting chassis. In addition, it is also one of the leading distributors of Dunlop tires.

Coyote is best known for the wide-tracked adjustable kart for the 2 and 4-cycle racer. An offset kart is also available, and a new oval chassis has recently jumped into the market.

All of these Coyote chassis have what it takes to put you into the winner's circle, and if you are a 4-cycle racer, few companies can match the success Coyote chassis have had in the 4-cycle field. Names like Bonsignore, Turk, Pasquale, Ferri, Carroll, Greenzweig, Jolly and Stewart are just a few of the champions who have won on Coyote chassis.

Coyote chassis also has a Junior team that is virtually second-to-none. "I'm so proud of these drivers," remarked Sandy Gregory of Coyote Products. The team consists of Lee Boss, New London, Ohio; Preston Peebles, Lubbock, Texas; Billy Pickson, Clearfield, Pa.; Kyle McClenathen, Akron, Ohio; Brad Barkis, Ft. Myers, Fla.; Ben Moore, Naples, Fla.; Ronnie Silk, Norwalk, Conn.; Kyle Edwards, Griffin, Ohio and Jerry Alaimo, Rochester, N.Y.

"We run what we sell! We are at the track and talking to people all the time," noted Gregory.

Coyote Products has seven full-time and two part-time employees working in the shop. National Champions Chris Carroll and Gene Pasquale work on constructing many of the karts at Coyote Products. They bring their knowledge of what a winning chassis needs into each one they construct.

New for 1997 is the Oval Rocket. The Oval Rocket has front and rear adjustments. It is already getting the thumbs up from drivers across the country. The rear remote axle adjustment will allow you to lower the left side of the kart. The front Dirt Adjuster allows the spindles to be lowered without removing the washers, and weight brackets have been added as well.

Also the new Wide Track Three Bearing kart has shown to be very competitive. It's first time in competition at the IKF 2-cycle Grandnationals Ronnie Silk was the only junior to qualify and run in the top five in the Yamaha Can class with an American Chassis. Also Chris Carroll ran at the WKA 2-cycle Grandnationals in the top five in three classes. At the NAKC event, Candice Jolly won both HPV classes with this chassis.

The upcoming year will also be special for one specific reason. It will be the first time that an American chassis manufacturer has been homologated by the international governing body. Coyote, along with Margay, is the only U.S. chassis manufacturer to accomplish this feat. Both Wayne Wispelaere, of Coyote, and Keith Freber, of Margay, thought it would be a big step into a whole new market. This step opens doors for the future and puts Coyote Products in head-to-head competition with the Europeans.

Coyote Products stocks all Dunlops in any sizes. Right now they have 6 inch tires in any compound and size.

Coyote Products also carries top of the line, name brand products such as Horstman, Burris, L & T and Bridgestone.

Coyote Products offers assistance to its customers at any of the races it attends. You can find Coyote Products at the East Avon, N.Y. track, as well as most of the WKA sprint races.

Coyote Products was begun in the early 1980s by Wayne Wispelaere. Wispelaere was an outstanding racer himself and decided to use his vast knowledge of the sport to build his own chassis in his garage at home. The success of the Coyote chassis has brought the business to its present location now.

Coyote Products is open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. Monday Through Friday. Walk-in service and phone orders are encouraged.

If you would like to visit with Coyote Products, a perfect opportunity will be at the WKA Kart Fest in February in Charlotte, N.C.
